What we collect
- Account details — name, email address, phone, city and, for learners, registration number and education, as entered by you or your coordinator.
- Google sign-in — if you choose "Continue with Google", we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your Google password and request no other Google data.
- Learning records — enrollments, session progress, attendance, assignment submissions and files, grades, results, certificates, fees and messages.
How we use it
Only to run your training: signing you in, delivering courses, recording progress and attendance, grading work, issuing and verifying certificates, and contacting you about your courses. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Platform records are stored with Supabase and uploaded files with Vercel Blob storage, both acting as service providers. Certificate details (name, course, issue date) can be checked publicly by anyone who has the certificate number, on the verification page.
Who can see it
Coordinators and the instructors of your courses can see your records for those courses, according to the roles and permissions configured by Skill Development Council Karachi.
Your choices
You can update your profile in SDC Learn at any time. To request a copy or deletion of your data, contact us using the details below.
